Student Attempts To Commit Sucide

Thrissur: Kerala Agriculture University college for Veterinary and Animal Science first year student attempted to commit suicide, allegedly due to ragging by senior students. The Police said that, the senior students forced him to sing obscene songs. He was found inside the hostel room with his veins cut after his hostel mates heard crying sounds from the room. Vice Chancellor K.R Viswambharan has ordered an investigation into the incident. Police have registered a case against five senior students.Labels: Thrissur
