Case against PJ Joseph defered

AJ: The case against Kerala Congress (J) Chairman PJ Joseph has been defered the case will come for hearing on next month 20th. Judicial Magistrate Ramanathan had directed Joseph to appear on April 29, after the Airport Police, filed a 93-page chargesheet regarding an allegation of sexual assault. The case against Joseph was that he misbehaved with a woman co-passenger while flying from Chennai to Kochi on August 3, 2006. Cases under different sections of the IPC were filed against Joseph who later quit the ministry. The Kerala government had also ordered a preliminary inquiry into the incident by IG B Sandhya who questioned the woman and some co-passengers and flight staff.
