Ace comedian Innocent has been selected for the Bharat Gopi award instituted by the Bharat Gopi Foundation. Foundation Chairman Venjaramood Sasi announced the award at Chiryankil on Thursday. The award includes a purse of Rs. 15,001, a citation and plaque. The award will be presented in the second week of February in a function at Saarkara near Chirayinkil.

The General secretary of AMMA, Superstar Mohanlal has unveiled the wax statue of AMMA president  Innocent in Kochi on Thursday at Hotel Abad Plaza in the presence of innocent where the executive committee of AMMA convened. The statue will exhibit at the wax Museum in Mumbai to be opened in December. Sunil Kandalloor has built the statue. He said the statue of Resul Pookuty's is under construction.  Actors K.B. Ganesh Kumar, Idavela Babu, Geethu Mohandas and Cuckoo Parameswaran also attended.

AJ: The most awaited Sathyan Anthikad-Mohanlal movie has been titled "Innathe Chinthavishayam". Going along with the basic theme of the story that covers the disturbances in the married life of couples. The film which is about three women who have split with their husbands over trivial matters, and the Mohanlal character along with Meera tries to bring some happiness in their lives and sort out their marital discords. The movie will see the teaming up of Sathyan Anthikad, Mohanlal and Meera Jasmine yet again. The film also features Innocent, Asokhan, Mukesh, Vijayaraghavan, Sukanya, Mohini, Muthumani and Mamukoya in important roles. Ilayaraja - Gireesh Puthencherry team creates the songs for the film while Azhagappan is behind the camera. The film produced by Antony Perumbavoor in the banner of Aashirwad films, will hit the screens on April 11 for this Vishu.

























































After the success of Satyan Anthikkad film Rasathanthram, the director and its lead charcters are teaming up again for another project. The film has Mohanlal and Meera Jasmine cast in the lead. Lal plays a garment exporter in the film. The film scheduled for Vishu release is currently undergoing shooting at Kochi and locales like Teni and Kambam. Azhagappan wields the camera. Others in the cast include Sukanya, Mohini, Mukesh, Ashokan etc. Satyan himself handles the script. Ilayaraja composes the music.
