This is a wonderful idea. This will certainly come in handy for those Non Resident Keraites who for the very reason of their being non resident in Kerala, do not have an election identity card or any other national identity Card.

My Norka card is expiring in the month of July 2013.Is it possible for me to send the application for renewal in April 2013. Also, please provide the list of benefits by using this card, details of establishments accepting this card etc. Please note that these information will be very very helpful for a lot of people here who cannot contact Norka office.
