When will kerala peoples wake up and show redcard against hartal/bundh?

Kerala was a beautiful state with major revenue as tourism.Now a days customers are scared for going to kerala as every month there was a minimum of 2 to 3 bundhs/hartal happens and peoples are not able to see their places of visit.
