Loss in Pepper business

Sir,

I am NRI, I have purchased land in Idukki District. I am invested money because of pepper plantation. But last two years i did not get any profit from the garden. The pepper rate is very low and i don't know what to do.

I have taken loan from bank, the interest rate is very high around 12.75%. Please advice me any consideration in interest rate. I approached bank several times, but no proper replay from the bank.
